Electrical company looking for a qualified Solar Lead PV installer. Qualifications needed are below.

Qualifications needed –

- Must be a leader, professional, clean, and able to communicate properly to clients.
- Have installed a residential solar electrical job from start to finish
- Knowledge of all solar codes related to conduit, wire, inverters, racking, and panels install and wiring of.
- Knowledge of the proper way to install roof penetrations and jacks. Sealing off roof properly
- An electrician by trade, able to install sub panels, branch circuits, solar panels, inverters, railing, racking, meter panel upgrades, etc.
- Able to read blueprints and understand single line drawings for installations of solar jobs
- able to meet hours for each job and have good customer relations skills
- Have own work truck, ladders, extention ladder, and all insurances for truck, good DMV
- able to work from orange county to the border
- flexible on hours and days working per week
- able to work weekends if necessary
- Must be a US citizen or legal to work in the US
- Own tools, from hand tools to power tools, to bits, etc.
